Returns Policy

How to return an i item

1) Please email maddynapparel@gmail.com and state your order number and reason for return (wrong size etc)

2) Send your item to the address stated below

3) you will receive confirmation email once your item has been received and if approved your store credit code will be emailed to you.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (in the same name as the person returning)

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a email will be sent to you with a credit “code”  that you will be able to apply in your next order.

Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a return email, first check your email account again (including ‘junk’ folder)

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at maddynapparel@gmail.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. However, you are welcome to use your credit to purchase another size or style.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maddyn Apparel, 157 Baverstock Road, Grandview Heghts, Hamilton, 3200, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
